This means that it takes a little outside of the box thinking to create opportunities for staff connection that is accessible to the entire team! Luckily we have the WTAF (Wegner Team Accounting Fun)! The committee members volunteer their time to develop monthly games and activities that engage everyone on their team, regardless of location!🎉🏆💻 Last week, the WTAF committee planned a virtual escape room with Escapely. The team spent an hour in small groups unraveling the clues and sharing some laughs, basically the perfect way to spend a Friday! These moments not only strengthen our team's relationships, but they also provide an opportunity to decompress from the daily grind.💪👏 We are so proud to be a hybrid Firm, and we will continue to be intentional in our efforts to build a workplace culture that Puts People First!🙌🤩💙
