Michelle was so amazing! She really provided the best customer service I've ever received at a storage unit rental facility. I will always use them moving forward! so grateful for amazing service! I will recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a storage unit!

We were searching for RV storage at a time when almost everywhere else was full. We had reached the point of desperation since we are new to the area and had just closed on a house with no RV access. We contacted Monster Storage and spoke with Michelle. She was very pleasant over the phone and told us they only had two spots left. We went to the facility and she took us to see the two available. She was very busy when we got there but took the time to help us out and kept a pleasant and welcoming demeanor the whole time. We chose the best site for our needs and she couldn't have been more accommodating. The maintenance person (didn't catch his name) was also very personable and pleasant The sign up process was simple and the facility is very well maintained. I couldn't say more positive things about this business, they're simply amazing!
